From Monday, 1st June, we are able to offer a full service to our customers with all our plumbers and heating engineers back to work. Please note that office staff are working from home remotely and, therefore, office phone answering times may be longer than normal. Thank you for your understanding.

We are responding to and prioritising emergency calls for gas and water issues. Call 01394 460333 .

The Finbra continues to operate its service and all current regulatory obligations relating to gas safety remain in place. Our gas engineers, working in the homes of people who are self-isolating or vulnerable, will follow the latest advice on Gov.uk and the procedures that we have put in place (detailed below).

The health and safety of both our customers and employees is paramount. We will adhere to all guidance from the government and will keep you informed of any changes to your work scheduling and appointments.

Our plumbers/heating engineers will:

Use hand sanitizer/wash hands on entering a property and on a regular basis;

Wear protective gloves where practical;

Wipe down door handles, work surfaces and any area of contact;

Maintain a safe distance of at least 2m and, preferably, ask anyone in the house to keep to another room while the work is being carried out;

Not ask you to sign anything or touch any equipment.

Please let us know if you have any specific needs relating to health concerns or self-isolation. We will help wherever we can to continue to provide a professional and safe service. We are taking all the measures we can and are reviewing this daily to make sure we are here to support customers in a responsible and safe way that protects everyone.
